How long will it take for my web site to be designed?
Once you have selected your layout design and we have your images and content it will take approximately 3 business days to get you the first draft. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for images and content to be sent to us by the client.
Once my website design is completed what after-sales service do you offer?
We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. We offer web site maintenance so that your website need never get out of date.Our ala carte menu allows you to select the options that best fits your needs.
Do I have to keep my website with you forever, or can I move it to another supplier to host it if I wish?
Your website belongs to you 100% to move to another web hosting service at any time.
Will my website design be" Search Engine" friendly?
All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.
Do I get any discounts on SEO services if you create my website?
Of course, all SEO marketing services are discounted by 10%.
Do you provide the domain name and website hosting?
For you to own your domain name it is important that you make the purchase in your name (otherwise, we would be the owners not you). There are two ways to do this. First, you can select your own web hosting company and purchase from them. With this route you simply provide us the domain name for us to begin building your website. Upon completion we will email you the files so you can upload to your hosting company or provide us with your log in details to upload the files for you. The second choice is for you to purchase your domain name and we can host on our server for a small fee. With this option we take care of all uploading of files and future maintenance.
Can I get e-mail with my website?
Yes you can have email and you will probably wish you set-up several email addressed e.g. sales@your-domain.com, info@your-domain.com, john.smith@your-domain.com
Do you display any banners or pop-up ads on my website?
Absolutely not! - It's your website and you have total control over the contents and who advertises on it.
Do you pay any referral fees?
We certainly do!! Any client referring a new client to us is available to received a referral fee. Ask us about it!
